We have a dedicated Workplace Plus team to support all aspects of our managed office solution. If you haven't found your new office yet our agency team will work closely with you to understand your needs, source your property and negotiate optimum terms with the landlord. If you've already found your office, we can apply our services to any leased office space.

Once an office is secured we manage everything including the move in process, the design and build of your office interior, consulting on your furniture and working with our dedicated IT team advising on fibre, phone systems and hardware, where required. Once you receive the keys to your new space, your dedicated facilities manager will act as your main point of contact for all your office needs and day to day running of the space.

The Combined Services

A number of key elements working seamlessly together make up a Workplace Plus office, however we understand that your requirement is bespoke and we also know that every space is unique. Therefore Workplace Plus offers a package designed around your needs, meaning that not all of the following services will necessarily be required.

A Workplace Plus office can be applied to ANY traditional lease meaning we can still work with you if you have already found your new office space and you can still receive all the benefits of our managed office solution.

If you are yet to find a suitable office space our agency team can work closely with you to understand your needs and find you your new workplace and with access to every available office to rent in London finding your perfect working environment is simple. Once the right premises have been found, our agents use their experience and expertise to negotiate the best lease terms on your behalf.
From the initial consultation, and throughout the full process to completion, your design team will work with you to create the optimum office design that works for your business. Our dedicated teams will offer you a range of layout and planning options.

Once you've agreed on a design, the project management team will take control to organise the works, and planning aspects. They will be there to ensure everything is completed on schedule and within the agreed budget.
The furniture team will ensure that the furniture choices are made with ergonomics, function, design and budget in mind. Our aim is always to find you stylish and comfortable furniture within your budget. We deal with everything including consultation, procurement, assembly and installation.
Our managed IT service takes care of the setup and the whole maintenance of the day-to-day running of your business IT and telephony systems. With 24/7 support we'll be there to deal with all your network requirements no matter how big or small the issue or query.

The Workplace Plus IT managed service is entirely flexible, so the level of management required varies depending on your needs. From our basic fibre and phone line package with no support to a more in depth managed service package that includes everything from cloud services, server management to IT security and disaster recovery, you have full control over your Workplace+ IT services. Similarly if you already have your own provider you can simply exclude IT services entirely from your tailored Workplace Plus solution.
Workplace Plus lease financing exists to remove the large capex that is typically required to set up and fit-out a traditional lease, procure furniture and install IT hardware. We do this by spreading this cost over the term of your lease, incorporating everything into your single monthly fee. We work with a panel of over 40 funders who specialise in providing asset finance so you always get the best possible deal.

There are a number of benefits to doing this:

  • Asset finance allows you to consolidate all project costs into a simple fee, allowing your business to retain the capital to deploy elsewhere.

  • Your lease payments are fixed for the duration of the agreement, so there are no surprise increases, should interest rates rise in the future.

  • Leasing also provides a fully 100% tax deductible solution, often making a cost saving over the term, compared to paying for these costs upfront. Your existing credit lines also remain unaffected.

Part of the hassle of running a leased office is the time involved and how that can detract from your core business. Our team of dedicated facilities managers have experience in dealing with all of the day-to-day, time-consuming aspects of running an office, and are able to deal with anything that is thrown at them.

You will be assigned one point of contact who will always be available to you and able to deal with everything from cleaning contracts, utilities suppliers to managing coffee and tea deliveries.

They will also manage all payments on your behalf; the rent, business rates, service charge, insurance, utilities and supplier payments will all be paid on your behalf in a timely manner so you only need to think about your single monthly payment.
