Previously situated in an office in London’s zone 3, company growth necessitated a move to a more accessible location near one of London’s most well connected transport hubs.

Working closely with TCP Group, we were able to offer them a range of property options which suited their size and budget requirement, after a single day of viewings we had managed to identify their perfect office. The property is a converted warehouse building, a stone’s throw away from the Thames. The landlord was offering the space in CAT A condition, perfect for them to be able to put their own style in to the space.

Working with Workplace+ TCP Group condensed all above listed costs into a simplified monthly fee of £28,244 with no additional fees.
