-- Virtual Tour Available -- Wood Street is a landmark tower building, designed by the internationally renowned architect Richard Rogers. In order to bring the building in-line with the requirements of the modern occupier, award winning architects, Morrow + Lorraine, have implemented a comprehensive repositioning of the building which complements and enhances the original design. The transformed reception delivers a barista coffee offering, break out space and quiet contemplation areas along with a living green wall that stretches the length of the reception. The refurbishment works include best in class end of journey facilities which include new bike, shower and changing facilities. On floor, the works have sought to compliment the architecture of the building by delivering a semi-exposed Cat A design with perforated ceiling rafts suspended beneath the coffered concrete ceiling. Added to this, a selection of floors have been left in a Shell & Floor condition offering an incoming occupier the opportunity to create a bespoke Cat A finish and enhance their sustainability credentials.
