Description
Moonraker Point was constructed in 2012, built on the site of a former sail maker. The design of this striking development was inspired by the square rigged clippers, with the "moonraker" being the very top sail. The prow of Moonraker Point comes to a point at the corner of Great Suffolk Street and Pocock Street. There is the opportunity to take both floors and have fully self-contained accommodation with own front door. Alternatively each floor can be let separately.
