The site is split into two distinct zones: the front section is hard surfaced and supplied with dedicated power and water supply. The rear section is green space consisting of established trees and foliage. The front section is accessed through a 3.5 metre width vehicle entrance and runs for 55 metres and a maximum width of 10 metres. The rear section (shown in cross hatch on the plan) runs for 115 metres and is c.7 metres wide.
